The PARIS EST MAGIQUE print is part of the PARIS EST UNE FÊTE collection.

LE CARTEL borrowed his famous phrase “PARIS EST UNE FÊTE” (Paris is a party) from Ernest Hemingway to make it the title of its new collection. This iconic cry from the heart and homage to the French capital was chosen to celebrate the arrival of the brand in France in 2024 and the inauguration of its first European store. For the occasion, 24 French and Quebec artists were carefully selected and put to the test to capture the essence of “Paris est une fête” on textile. The result is 48 t-shirts and prints with unique styles, which combine humor, social commitments and an ode to Paris.

Chien Champion, also known as Felipe Arriagada-Nunez by relatives and friends, is a Montreal visual artist. Having been bitten too many times in his childhood by badly behaved dogs with sharp teeth, he decided to tame his trauma by adopting a canine name. A way like any other to ward off fate.
